Their screening process is too easy. It was definitely not technical AT ALL. Be sure to know EXACTLY what you will be doing as an employee before you sign anything. I had a one-on-one with HR then met up with a manager and did a tour of half the facility.
Technical interview was tough with a lot of technical questions.three rounds. 2 technical and 1 hr. College placements. Lot of questions on aircrafts and how they work and engineering major related.

interview has 3 stages, 1st with initial interview with HR, 2nd with Operations head, 3rd was the MD - which you can tell that they have a process and filter with talents. Overall it was great experience.
