Straightforward interview with technical questions about airplane wing and how it can be protected against corrosion followed a second interview being competency based. Overall, it was an enjoyable process to be involved in conducted virtually.

An hour long interview with 2 people from the department, starting with general company and strengths questions and then technical questions. The company and strengths questions were alright but some of the technical questions felt quite niche and I didn't know the answers to quite a few of them.
