The talent acquisition process was poorly managed from start to finish — the recruiter never reached out for a compensation alignment, failed to provide updates, and ultimately never closed the loop after weeks of engagement and travel.
For a senior leadership role, this lack of professionalism and respect for candidates’ time is deeply disappointing. It reflects poorly on the company’s culture and leadership standards.
