Interview process was through contract agency, but was a basic technical interview on how to troubleshoot different issues and how would you handle difficult customers. Interview process was very easy compared to other technical interviews I have been on. Two managers interviewed me for about 20 minutes each. I then received a call from my recruiter that they wanted to bring me on for the position.

Overall interview experience was good. Smooth process. English test 2 interview rounds. Manager and senior manager were also available for the last round, They discussed about family background, past experience, about ur city etc.
