Interview
I was notified via a phone call my app was received and a follow up interview would be utilized on the zoom app. Following this interview I was passed off to a third interview which lasted nearly an hour.

Tell me of a time when you had to go beyond in a customer service roll and what was the outcome.
Call set up interview. Then go over resume, then STAR questions. Asked about my past work history extensively. It was on teams. A panel of 3 people, but only one person talked.
