The interview with AlphaSights was a little stressful. There was one question about my school grades that surprised me and the interviewers seemed very serious, which put me in a rather nervous mood

They asked about my most recent project and the challenges I faced during its development, as well as my previous experience, how many people were in my previous company and why I want to work specifically at AlphaSights.
First round loop in one meeting: Screening then portfolio/case study review. Take home assignment. Second round loop: another hr screening, presentation of the take home assignment, then behavioral interview with director.

Do you have experience working with product and engineering teams?
Design system experience
Straight forward, a little rushed but overall very nice team and explained the position well enough to make me attracted to the role. Spoke to the head and then a recruiter, followed by a design challenge.
