Interview
I applied online and a couple days later they sent me a link to an online recorded video interview to complete within 5 days. The interview consisted of 5 questions, really easy. They can all be found within other glassdoor posts. They give 15 seconds to prepare for each question, with 60 seconds to answer.
I would say it was a pretty standard behavioral interview. They asked questions in both Japanese and English since this was for a position in Japan. It was conducted over Zoom, if I remember correctly.
via zoom. first round was casual just some questions and explaining the company, the second one they had me prepare a case study and do research and then proceeded to tell me everything i did wrong. needless to say did not get an offer
Extensive over multiple rounds, first its get to know you style, after that they make you cold call without context. If you ask for context, none is provided. Must do industry research beforehand.
