Interview
The first interview is done by recording your answers by using the webcam on your computer. Before you answer the question you will have 30sec to reflect on how to answer it. You have 1min to answer each question, so be concise!
Smooth and straightforward, provided clear instructions to questions and the hr was friendly and helpful. But I was being told that the result will come out in around 3-5 days, but I was not informed for over 2 weeks.

Kindly share your previous conflict you had during work
Straightforward process that includes a case study and roleplaying exercise. After applying I got an email asking me to do a psychometric test and then was asked to go through a phone screen with a recruiter.
pretty okay, a lot of cv related questions and about your experiences. also a lot of behavioural questions. would last about 30 mins with two people present In the meeting. it would be held online
