I applied online and was contacted via email to schedule for a video interview. You could choose to schedule for the interview according to your schedule so that was convenient. The video interview was with a hiring manger in HK and consisted of basic behavioral questions as well as questions regarding the company and the industry. I would recommend reviewing the BREAD process beforehand and some research about the company as well.
