Interview
After submitting my online job application, I heard back from them within a week. First, an HR associate called me out of the blue, asking what I know about the company, and she later sent me some writing assignments to complete via email. After submitting the finished assignment, I got another email to set up a video interview. The video interview took more than an hour. She would ask a lot of behavioral questions and what I know about the company.

Question 1
What would you do if you don't know what to do with the task that your boss gave you?
2 rounds of interview, first with the associate, second with a higher-level manager. Mostly behavioral, but there is a case study with the first interview. No prior knowledge required since the company guides you how to do the case.
