Interview
Submit a resume and their version of a cover letter. If your resume is picked then you go on to the one-way video interview and then from there you have a Google Hangout Interview. The questions are very straightforward for the most part. The only thing that was very difficult was the fact that the one-way video interview was a little awkward.
very swift and seamless. The interview process was quick and efficient with constant communication for the team and the recruiter as well. I heard back quick after each interview section.
walk through of the resume. basic resume questions. why this role. what skills do u need for this role. why do u think u will be a good fit. what are some technical skills that you have
Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
