Interview
Made it to the video interview. I believe almost everybody makes it to this stage. It was pretty much talking at a video of yourself and answering the quedtions that came up on the screen. There were 5 in total. All are listed on this site. I think there is a specific characteristic that they are looking for, and if you don't tick those boxes then you don't get the job.
I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.

Interview
The interview was conducted online and lasted around 20 minutes. It was a one-to-one video interview with a hiring manager. The questions were mainly focused on my background, previous experience, and motivation for applying to the Graduate Analyst position. They also asked about my expected salary and availability. The atmosphere was professional but friendly, and the interview followed a structured format.
Good interview, asking primarily about characteristics and personal experiences. Very self-focused, with a lot of emphasis on personality rather than technical ability. Overall interviewers in both screening and first-round interviews were nice people and polite.
