The recruiters were very helpful however, the workshop was very long (6 hours). They go through a case with you where they ask you to role play as one of their employees and talk to a potential client.

Tell us about yourself and your strengths and weaknesses.
A hirevue completed online followed by a behavioral interview over zoom with an HR rep. It was fairly standard behavioral questions and they ask you to describe what the company does.
Very smooth and takes place quickly after application and with a real person which is nice. The questions aim to test your understanding of the work you will be doing and the competitive landscape of the industry.
Process had three rounds: screener, case study, and final, hour long in-depth interview. The recruiter was very transparent and supportive throughout the process and let you know what to expect with each round.
