Interview
The first step was a meet call. You do not need to show your face and you will be asked about your motivations to apply as well as to prove that you understand their business model. You will also have to explain how your previous experiences align with what you would have to do on the job.
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening followed by one or more interviews with hiring managers. Questions focused on customer service experience, communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and situational scenarios. The process was professional and well-structured, with opportunities to ask questions about the role and company culture.
