Interview
I only had two rounds, one was case-based and the second was with a MD--the case was not hard at all, just pay attention to the details, like i missed a detail in the question about a strict timeline and she reminded me later. They really judge you based on how you receive feedback not how well you do on the case.
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
