I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AlphaSights (Hong Kong) in Feb 2016
Interview
I submitted my application and it took around three weeks to get an email regarding the video assessment. I was given 1 minute to answer 4 questions, and had 15 seconds to prepare each.
The questions weren't difficult, but I had technical issues that made the process pretty annoying. I'm still waiting for my results. I feel like I would have been able to provide a better answer if I had been asked by phone or in person, because it was quite pressuring to think that I had to record a one minute answer for each question.
