Interview process was smooth however interviews were very calculated and robot like with little flow. I heard back very quickly which was nice. I made it to the final interview however didn't get the position and felt that the case study was a bit of free labor.

Why I would choose another job posting over alpha sights?
Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

competency based calls, situational with a mock scenario and final round where youre interviewed by the vice president . while you may have applied for the client services role they may propose you to move to the research team
