7 days after I applied online, I got invited to complete a phone screening call. This was easy, mostly a discussion about your background. During the call, however, I found out that all the applicants were already in the tail end of the interviewing process. I don't know why they even began the process for me? I followed up regularly for a few days, but the hiring manager is apparently an indecisive person. I checked in regularly for about a week. During that time the recruiter conveniently took a business trip and my application fell through the cracks.
