applied on LinkedIn, Was contacted by their recruiter all of a sudden through a random text, instead of formal email responses as majority of the companies do. Took one week to set up an interview, which happened the week after. Interview happened on a Friday, went very well. Next Monday, The recruiter texted again for available time slot to chat after we've moved our communication to email for tracking reasons. After I replied, he went ghost for a week, then replied "the position was removed by Finance." after I followed up. The entire process was unprofessional and a waste of time.

Was very simple and straightforward. Great communication from the recruiter who took the time to fight for my salary. Interview felt relaxed. Interviewed with recruiter, hiring manager, completed an assignment, then with the team.

Five rounds of interviews spanning 2.5 months, friendly hiring team and management, recruitment officer seemed disconnected to friendly hiring team - providing the same stock standard information to prepare for the different interviews and stock standard feedback at the end of the (almost 3 month) process
