Loop interview style with recruiting out of my university. The interviews consisted of two interviews with safety leads at different fulfillment facilities. Mostly behavioral questions with an emphasis on the STAR method. You were given 40 minutes per interview but I finished both of mine within 25 minutes.

Really relaxed, they try their best to make it more conversational. Lots of questions about leadership and STAR method isn’t necessarily needed. They are so nice and helpful in answering questions and providing a calm interviewing environment.
