I have been working at Amazon full-time

    Pros

Great perks such as working from home and RSU's (restricted shares)

    Cons

Some shares take up to 3 years to vest, and bonus shares can be offered that take 2 years to vest.

    Advice to Management

Offer higher increase in salaries to show employees their worth, rather than restricted shares that take 2 years to vest.

I have been working at Amazon full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, good hours, overtime nearly always available

    Cons

two breaks in a ten and a half hour shift. Second break is 30 minutes and doesn't include walking time, several minutes can be lost for break depending on where you are in the building compared to security

    Advice to Management

Give walking time on second break. If you work by security it doesn't matter, other areas can take quite a while to walk to and from in relation to 30 minute break.
