Interview
The interview process included a short phone interview and three face-to-face interviews at their fulfillment center. The interview consisted of 10% CV review and 90% behavioral questions related to their leadership principles and past experiences. You will be informed about the outcome in 5 to 6 business days.

Q: Have you had any conflict while working in groups? If so, how did you manage it?
Q: Tell me about a time where you had to be in charge of a project and did not succeed?
Q: Tell about a time where you had to satisfy a customer need?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
