Applied online and received a response within one week. Human resources scheduled a telephone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. After the interview I was invited to an onsite interview, given a tour of the facility, and told that I would receive a call if they were interested in going further.

Question 1
When faced with a difficult employee how do you respond in a positive way to resolve the issue?
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
