Sono stato contattato direttamente da Amazon e dopo una prima fase di test online maggiormente riguardante i principi di Leadership, c'è stato un colloquio telefonico di 30 minuti.
Molto frettoloso e poco umano.
Round 1: 30 min Leadership Principles questions + 30 min code + 2 min questions
Round 2: 28 min Leadership Principles questions + 31 min code + 3 min questions

il procedimento è diviso in varie fasi la prima è un test cognitivo, per verificare le soft skills, ovvero dovrai realizzare una seri di esercizi di calcolo, di interpretazione di info e immagini. Successivamente un colloquio registrato, ed infine una interview.
