Primero se completan unos datos en su plataform, luego te llama un recruiter mediante la plataforma Chime. En ella te pregunta varias cosas relacionadas a tu experiencia. Las preguntas están íntimamente relacionadas con los catorce leadership principles. Debes responder empleando la forma STAR (situación - tarea - actividad- resultados). En mi caso mi entrevista fue enteramente en inglés.

Tell me about a time you faced a conflict or disagreement at work and how did you handle it?"
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
