Interview
First to describe myself, asked questions about my previous work experience and what kind of issues I solved there. Also I was asked the most common customer issues for example how to handle angry customer.
Interview was ok. Was asked questions and answered as requested. I asked questions and they were answered as requested. Interview was as expected. Thought there would be more questions but there were not. I had plenty.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Vancouver, BC)

They asked me to explain a complex technical problem I had solved, including how I identified the root cause, what alternatives I considered, the tradeoffs involved, and how my final decision balanced accuracy, efficiency, and long term maintainability.

I recently had the opportunity to interview with Amazon for the customer support role role. It was a great experience interacting with the panel and learning more about the company’s vision and culture. I’m grateful for the opportunity and appreciate the insightful discussions we had. Regardless of the outcome, it was a valuable learning experience!
