Amazon has a unique interview process. It is extensive, thorough and has several levels. They test you on the consistency of answers and make sure you are better than 50% of the employees they already have. That's their way of raising the bar.

Explain about a difficult time where you had to provide a negative feedback to an employee as well as get the job done
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
