I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Austin, TX) in Mar 2022
Interview
Stage 1: Phone screen with recruiter
Stage 2: Online assessment - a very interesting process that involves videos of real-life scenarios with associated questions/case studies followed by a personality test.
Stage 3: Hiring manager phone interview (not just a screen, but a full blown interview)
Stage 4: Phone conference lead by recruiter with many other applicants (not the same role) which outlines interview process and answers FAQ
Stage 5: Full day of interviews (4-5hrs + break)
Stage 6: Offer stage
The interviewers will be assessing "leveling" throughout the process. I interviewed for SFA but they offered me a FA role and I turned down due to comp.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (New York, NY) in Apr 2026
Interview
Generally conversational and asking about your resume and experience. After the assessment link is sent to you via HR, they can invite you for a phone screen. This phone screen generally lasts an hour.
They asked a lot of behavioral questions and it seemed like SQL/Data Analysis was heavily required. Would definitely recommend prepping all the common behavioral question. Also its important to know the core principles of Amazon
