Tell me about a time you have conflicts with your team members or colleagues.
Very quick and easy. 3 45 minute online interviews with Amazonians who have done the hiring job before. Some questions were tough and designed to see if i would be a good fit for Amazon, and they were happy to probe when necessary if they were interested

Interview
1- Behavioral and Analytical quizzes
2- Behavioral interview with two amazonians, where they each make at least two questions about the leadership principles
3- Excel business case around the black friday, with 30-40 minutes to complete
The behavioral interviews were conducted in english, while the excel on in italian (mothertongue)
