Interview
First call with recruiter around 30 mins. Be prepared for this call as recruiter would have researched and prepped by the hiring team to screen in an efficient manner. What you say on this call directly leads to whether you’ll make it to the next round or not. Next round with Level 5 or Operations Manager. 45 mins round. Next was 3 rounds 45min each with 2 L5 and 1 L6 managers. STAR is the name of the game. Be prepared for all and any types of situational or behavioural questions in a STAR format. Overall, The process was around 4 weeks. The result for me however was told within 4 days, But the offer came in around a months time, Due to the ongoing economic situations of lay-offs etc. I would have loved to have been part of Amazon, But the delay made me chose another similar role with another company.
