Interview
Primeiro foi feita uma ligação pela recrutadora, ela pergunta pretensao salarial e o nivel de ingles. A segunda entrevista é feito por alguem da área que voce vai trabalhar, essa entrevista é tecnica e eles vão a nivel de componente, entao certifique-se deestar preparado pra responder sobre componentes de gerador, UPS, Chiller, transformador de frequencia, partida estrela-triangulo, e procedimentos operacionais ( como voce executaria tal atividade, falando o passo a passo),etc.
A terceira entrevista foi uma serie com 3 entrevista com os gerentes sendo que um deles pode ser o seu futuro chefe. Essa entrevista é mais comportamental com base nos princípios de liderança da Amazon pra responde-las o candidato deve se basear no método STAR.
Também teve ao menos 1 pergunta em inglês em todas as etapas.
