Online assessment, then three 1-hour interviews, first was 1-hour of coding, second 1-hour of behavioral questions, third was a 50/50 mix. Got asked for sponsorship requirements few weeks after, answered positively and then got ghosted after.
Interview was conducted well. Questions were fair, just wasn't prepared well enough. Brush up on your data structures and basic algorithms. The programming language used doesn't matter. Prepare past experiences stories beforehand so you are ready when asked about an experience.
