Had three interviews within a week interviews within a week and then never heard from until I called 2 weeks later and was given the run around and told to wait another month or so

About a week after applying online, I was invited to that first interview. I had a 10-minute conversation with the manager, who suggested I apply for the lead role because of my experience. She said I’d be a great addition to the team and wanted to schedule me for a second interview. However, on the morning of that interview, I received a voicemail saying the position had been filled and the interview was canceled.
