I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Amherst, NY) in Oct 2010
Interview
The interviewer asked me things like why did I want to work at American Eagle, what would I bring to the workplace, and other general questions. Then she asked me what I would do in certain situations and how I would react with customers who had an issue. She also asked me "how I liked to dress" and what my "style" was. I realized that the position was not for me and never followed up after the interview.

Interview
-pretty easy, went inside for an interview and they asked me about my experience. They then made me try on a bunch of clothes and taught me how to fold them.

Easy interview with manager. We spoke outside about expectations. She was kind and understanding. I interviewed with a couple of people there too. Went over schedule etc. very straight forward and easy
I interviewed at American Eagle Outfitters (Columbia, MD)
Interview
It was very easy as I knew someone who worked there. They got me an interview and asked me basic questions. They verbally gave me an offer on the spot and I got a offical offer a week later.
