Quite straightforward. Two people were being interviewed by separate interviewers side by side. The interviewer was very calm and composed, asked questions in a very friendly way. Greeted at the front door and then went to see off too.

Informal interview within store. Asked to look around beforehand and then discussed on sales floor. Low stress environment with customers walking around. Manager introduced themselves and gave tour of store

Interview was really simple and felt like a normal conversation. We walked around the mall and the manager just asked me questions about myself, why I wanted to work there, what are my expectations, etc.
