You need to answer as many behavioral questions using a S.T.A.R (Situation, Task, Action Results) method. My interview was very behavioral based, nothing difficult.
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. Tell me about a time when you were given a task that was out of the usual tasks that you needed to do?
3. Are you a very engaging person with employees (activities, games, etc.)?
4. What are your hobbies?
