Phone screen – 2 weeks, In person - 4 weeks.
The next day following the in person interview I received a congratulations email with a note that I’d have a job offer by the end of the day, then the next day another saying I would get the offer by the end of the week, and then another saying it may take up to 2 weeks. It’s now been more than a month and I’ve not heard anything at all. Not even an email letting me know that the position was closed or that they changed their mind. All very unprofessional in my opinion, especially for such a large company with an automated hiring system.

Question 1
General project management questions; how to handle requirements, relationships and budgets.
There are four phases in the interview process: recruiter screening, interview with the hiring manager, conversation with one of team member (culture fit), interview with the VP of the department (one level above the hiring manager). All the people I’ve met were very friendly and respectful.
The first round was behavioral on HireVue. There were two videos and three writing questions. It was relatively easy. The videos were just one take but overall enough time and easy. It was a regular pre-screen.

Interview
1st stage interview - in person with 2 product managers. They didn't really ask questions in the format "Tell me a time" which threw me off a bit and forced me to think harder. They also asked me a question I had already answered in a previous question. They also asked 2 questions at once. They could have made the interview more simple and not try to be too unique.
Recruiter took 3 weeks to call me back and didn't respond to my email chaser.
