Interview
The first round of phone interview is with a regional recruiter. The purpose of this interview is to gather your basic information regarding your experience and skills. The second round of phone interview is with the manager of the position you are applying for. This conversation is to further investigate your interest in the position and to assess the fit for the team you may be potentially be joining. The third round of interviews are for in person.

Ho dovuto sostenere diverse interviste, alcune più focalizzate su excel altre su di me e le mie esperienze lavorative e accademiche. Sono stati colloqui abbastanza complessi, ma stimolanti e preparabili.
Interview started off as normal, with average interview questions. Then progressed to be more relaxed and conventional. Easy questions but some specific ones regarding past experiences. Only spoke to managers and then Director of department.

Interview
It was structured and professional. Updates were given every step of the recruitment process. The interview was light and easy. The interviewers conducted it smoothly and in an organized way. An applicant would get a strong sense of the company culture during the processes. It was a very pleasant interview experience.
