Interview
First interviewer asked traditional questions as expected, plus had to demonstrate the ability to think on my feet. Second interview was more of a conversation, with interview questions, but felt more relaxed, even though it was more detailed. Turnaround time for decision was quick - found out within 2 days. Receipt of offer with salary details came within a week after that. Very impressive (worked for a company in the past that took a LONG time to let you know status - and even slower if you weren't being considered).

How did you handle a situation where what you did was wrong?
had three steps. interview with recruiter then had to come in and interview with performance based questions followed that up with a role play sesh. You then had to go on the website confirm everything is correct. then drug test and background check
Not good, they just asked star based behavioural questions and it sucks to remember the pattern . They should change the interview process /pattern.. and also I don’t think they know how to hire a person, shame on them

second interview-in person with 2 team leads, 5 behavioral question and scenario based
