I applied on line and submitted a resume. I was called for an interview during which interviewer's main concern was that I was overqualified for the position, based on my previous assignments, which was probably right. I explained that all my previous assignments required heavy international travel and I had decided not to travel anymore. He was persuaded that I was not going to be a short timer filling time, and that is the way it worked out.

The interview process can be lengthy, but i guess it shows their integrity in selecting the right candidates. They are very thorough in making sure you’re right for the job. The interviewers were very friendly and accommodating as well.

There were three rounds....First two were on phone and the final interview was a group interview of the finalists on Zoom. (video) The last interview was fairly challenging, where they asked situational questions and you should answer in STAR format

2 hour process, before that there was a phn Interview. There were 6 leaders, most questions were analytical and behaviour based. Very nice experience , the process is a bit lengthy from Interview date till confirmation of job, guess that's for good reasons.
