      create a presentation and present to a group of leaders, after passing several phone interviews. you must be well versed and have great presentation skills. be prepared to sell your skills and talents. the HR process is lengthy but well worth the time if you get an offer. be patient and prepare to wow the leaders with a good presentation. the tenure within Amex is long so once you get in you don't want to leave

      The interview began with a review of my resume. They asked questions relevant to my previous work experience and education. Then the interview moves on to STAR Questions. There were about 5 Star questions. A 15 minute teachback was also required. After passing these, a final interview will be set with the director.
