Interview
The interview process was very rigorous, the interview is almost 2 hours long and you have to do a mock call so they can test your customer service skills. You will also do a panel interview l, go on youtube and you will do fine. Once your in training is mandatory you can't miss any days and Training is about 3 months. They are very strict about that so if you can commit to it save yourself the trouble.

it was long process to interview and three-part interview first by phone and one on one the last was a group interview they used a lot of star method questions and situational
Had three interviews in a 10 day special. Met with group and pretty much STAR. I read up on company and impressed them. on 2nd interview you had a scenario and you offered up how you would handle.
Insanely long. Interview process started in October 2013 and I started in January 2014. There are many rounds of interviews. After getting the job you have to “certify”. Some who were hired did not end up getting the job due to customer survey answers.
