On-campus Recruitment: The process includes a written test (online) followed by 3 rounds of interview (2 technical + 1 HR). The written test is approximately 1 hour and had 3 sections: Aptitude, Machine Learning (Analytics) & Case based Question. On clearing the written test the company shortlists the candidates based on test score, resume and CGPA. The technical rounds involved questions from resume, case study based questions and ML algorithms. The case study based questions revolved around understanding the business process of online platforms and suggesting data driven solutions to improve customer experience. The recruiters mainly focused on assessing the approach towards solving the problem. The second interview round involved a few behavioral questions.
