3 rounds, very corporate, was hard and wanted to know about experience and skills relevant to the role. STAR based questions and discussions on what to do in specific scenarios etc
Intro meeting so it was more casual. We met for coffee and talked about what is going on at American Express. I was really meeting with a friend at the company on behalf of my daughter who is looking for a job.
