I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2024
Interview
Resume screen, then single, final interview before potential offer. The interview was 70 minutes and divided into ~30 minute behavioral and ~40 minute technical with two people. We had to re-schedule because my interviewer kept getting kicked off the Hirevue meeting they set up. During technical, asked two questions but kept micro-managing my code and made it much harder to fully explore the problem myself.
