Interview
Originally when I applied for this sales position, it was not listed under AIL. Only did I find out in the "live webinar" the true company. I logged off and moved forward realizing what was up. I've heard from a few that have fell into this trap and went on to have successful sales careers confirm- not the best for those who want work/life balance as you give up the "life" part for scam.

Interview
Overwhelming initially. They will not greet you and some random person will ask who are you there to see. They may be ready for you or not. They are used to people not showing up so they assume that with everyone.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at American Income Life (Edison, NJ) in Jan 2024
Interview
I went through multiple different interviews, a group and one-on-one interview and then once in the company I met with the higher ups individually over zoom. It was confusing because in the group interview, they mentioned a base salary but once in the position, it was everyone fending for themselves for solely commission.
