Two phone interviews. Behavioral and resume-based. The people who interviewed seemed new but very nice. not very long, about 30 minutes each. went through behavioral questions that seemed pre-scripted. Also went through resume. Seemed a little disorganized.

What is one thing that you've challenged an accepted idea and what was your outcome?
The interviewers were very friendly and supportive, making it a conversational experience rather than a high-pressure one. They were genuinely curious about my work and how I could contribute to their research projects. The entire process gave me a positive impression of Amgen’s collaborative and innovative culture.
