Interview
After the online application, you will receive within 24h an invitation to fill out online analytical and personality tests. When you match their corporate culture, a phone interview will be scheduled. Those were standard job interview questions and the interviewer was a very lively and enjoyable person.
If that went well, you will go to a head office. The day starts off with a business case, a pitch where you have to sell an ordinary object and finally a panel interview with a superior and someone from HR.
Game based assessment followed by multiple interview rounds- HR rounds, guesstimate, case study, group interview. It is difficult to clear all rounds. Game assessment is in hirevue, practice this, it's not very easy with time limits.
Difficult - long form virtual interview spaced out over the day with many questions that are hard to prepare for - focuses on 10 principles for a lot of the questions.
