Next,the face-to-face interview with a lead member and supervisor consists of telling a story and how a situation was handled or resolved. The longer the interview, the better it looks. They look for talkative people with great social skills. Eye contact, body language, posture, enthusiasm and a smile. After all, the Tour Guide is the front line of the brewery. Think Disney, you are always on stage when working and that is what they want to see in an interview.

The hiring process was relatively simple. Prior to the interview I was sent a package of information about the company as well as forms to fill out about myself. There were two people who interviewed me at the same time and they took turns asking me questions. The questions were relatively easy. It helped that I had done prior research to I could ask and respond to questions about the company culture which they seemed to like.
