One hour interview with Director and Associate Director. Questioned about previous roles and types of projects previously worked on. Also quizzed on current CDM knowledge. Discussed innovation and what innovative practices could be introduced to future projects.

Straightforward and streamlined interview. Gave an insight on real situations and the likelihood of how it will be when you work for the company. Unless we have been on that situation I felt it being difficult to answer.
